Paul Leinster

Dr Paul Leinster joined the Environment Agency (EA) in 1998, and served as chief executive from June 2008 to September 2015. [1] He has also served as director of environment protection and director of operations at the EA.
Since leaving his post, Leinster has worked as professor of environmental assessment at Cranfield University,
Before working at the EA, he was environmental services director at the pharmaceutical company SmithKline Beecham from 1994-1998.
