Nadine Dorries (born DATE, PLACE) is the Conservative MP for Mid Bedfordshire in the UK. In June 2010 she was appointed a member of the House of Commons Health Select Committee, a decision that caused alarm among some health professionals and politicians. [1]

Activities

Dorries was reported to have earned £167,140 in 2014 alone from her novel writing, making her one of the highest earning MP's from careers outside of her parliamentary job. She received a large majority of this money from Zeus Publishing for her recent novel 'The Four Streets'. [2]
