NNB Holding Company Limited is a joint venture of EDF Energy Holdings Limited and Centrica, which has been created to undertake the pre-development activities for a nuclear new build programme in the UK. EDF Energy Holdings Ltd holds an 80 per cent stake; Centrica plc holds 20 per cent through its subsidiary GB Gas Holdings Ltd.

EDF and Centrica intend this joint venture to construct, operate and decommission four nuclear power stations in the UK. The sale of these shareholdings to Centrica was effective from 26th November 2009.[1]

NNB GenCo is a wholly owned subsidiary of NNB Holding Company, set up in June 2009.
