Mike Wheeler is the owner and founder of vehicle accessory manufacturer Auto Styling Truckman.

Career

After trying to buy the family company which sold 4x4 vehicle accessories, Wheeler decided to go it alone at set up Auto Styling in 2002. In 2004 one of the firm's competitors, Truckman, approached Wheeler to see if he was interested in a joint venture but Wheeler rejected the offer. However, in 2008 Truckman began to struggle and Wheeler decided to buy the company as long it placed itself into administration first.[1]

Letter to the Telegraph

On 1 April 2015 Wheeler was one of 103 business leaders who wrote to the Telegraph praising the British Conservative Party's economic policies and claiming a Labour government would 'threaten jobs and deter investment' in the UK.[2]
