Michael Queen is the former chief executive of private equity group 3i. He stepped down from this role in March 2012 after 25 years with the company. [1]
Biography
Queen was appointed the chief executive in January 2009, inheriting 'a portfolio that had plummeted in value amid the developing financial crisis. The company’s investments fell by £2.2bn in the year to March 2009, wiping out more than a third of their value'. [1]
According to the 3i website:
