Malcolm Gourlay
A non-executive director of Martin Currie since 1999, became chairman in November 2005. He was a founding director of Clyde Petroleum, going on to become managing director, chief executive and, finally, executive chairman. Following the takeover of Clyde in 1997, he was appointed non-executive chairman of Paladin Resources [1]
