Lionel Zetter is a lobbyist and former Tory election agent. Zetter helped found the Conservatives in Communications group in July 2011. The group provides unofficial communications advice to the Conservative Party.[1]

Zetter is a fellow and former President of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR). He was Managing Director of Parliamentary Monitoring Services Ltd and of Political Wizard Ltd, and Deputy Chairman of Dods Parliamentary Communications Ltd.[2]

Zetter now runs his own public affairs consultancy called 'LZ Consulting'.[3]
