Larry Cox was appointed the Executive Director of Amnesty International USA in January 2006. Prior to joining AI-USA, Cox During spent more than ten years at the Ford Foundation where he was Senior Program Officer in the Human Rights Unit, which has the largest budget of the foundation's six programs. Prior to that, he was the executive director of the Rainforest Foundation.
