Ladbrokes is one of the largest betting and gaming corporations and the market leader in the UK, Ireland, Belgium and Spain. The company operates through its 2700 retail outlets including eight based at English Premiership football grounds and at nine race courses including royal Ascot. Ladbrokes claims to have 85,000 telephone customers and almost 800,000 internet clients at Ladbrokes.com. Their on-line business is comprised of 13 different sites that operate in 9 languages and accept 17 currencies 24 hours a day 7 days a week. [1]
