Kate Sankey joined 2Collaborate in 2006 as a Research & Policy Manager. She was previously employed as a Policy Officer for Save the Children in Scotland where she coordinated campaigns including the Make Poverty History campaign.

She is responsible for research into "experiences and perceptions"[1] of 2Collaborate's clients' customers, employees and/or the general public. She is also responsible for policy research and analysis, media tracking and event management.

Sankey has a first class honours degree from the University of Edinburgh in Religious Studies. She is also a member of the Consultation Institute.
