On May 14, 2007 Joris Nachtergaele joined APEAL, the Association of European Producers of Steel for Packaging. Prior to his appointment Mr Nachtergaele worked as an assistant to a Belgian MEP for more than three years. He has first hand experience of both the Belgian Ministry for Internal Affairs and the Belgian Federal Parliament where he started his career.[1]
