Henrik Therman is a member of the Scottish & Newcastle board, appointed in 2002 following the merger between S&N and Hartwall Capital. His background is in chemical engineering and he held a range of managerial posts within the Hartwall group, starting with the firm in 1964. Therman was the driving force behind the development of BBH the Russian based brewing company jointly owned by S&N and Carsberg. Enjoying high profile roles as Chief Executive, and Chairman of BBH. Therman is also the Chairman of Nokia Tyres. [1]
