Hands Off the People of Iran (HOPI) a small group of predominantly UK-based Iranian exiles who campaign for regime change in Iran but are against external military intervention. HOPI was created early in 2007. In November 2007, the Stop the War Coalition refused HOPI to join its ranks[1].
