Lord Guy Black, also know as Baron Black of Brentwood, is Executive Director of the Telegraph Media Group. He has also been the Director of the UK Press Complaints Commission.[1] Lord Black is currently Chairman of the Press Standards Board of Finance.[2]

According to PR Week the group Conservatives in Communications is led by Lord Guy Black. The group is made up of Tory PR professionals and lobbyists and aims to provide unofficial communications advice to the Conservative Party.[3]

Lord Black served as a communications director under Michael Howard's tenure as Tory leader.[3]
