Group 4 Falck has divided up its activities in five ‘regions’, which all have their regional head offices. Subsidiaries

Group 4 Falck has subsidiaries in more than 80 countries. One of the more ‘interesting’ holdings of Group 4 is the Wackenhut Corporation (US), which besides being extremely profitable has a rather chequered history.
