George A. David
George A. David is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A.[1]
He graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1959. He began his career the same year with the group of companies controlled by his uncle A.G. Leventis in Nigeria.[1]
He is on the Board of Directors of Petros Petropoulos AVEE, Titan Cement Co. S.A. and AXA Insurance S.A. He is a Trustee of the A.G. Leventis Foundation and a member of the boards of the Hellenic Institute of Defence and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) and the Centre for Asia Minor Studies.[1]
In 2009, Mr. David was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire for his services to UK-Greek relations in the field of education. He was also appointed Member of the Order of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (MFR).[1]
