Gavriel Mairone is the founder of MM~Law LLC, a law firm specialising in terrorism litigation. Mairone has created a counterterrorism research group to support such cases. According to the firm's website 'MM~LAW particularly focuses on confronting the international financial and support infrastructure aiding and abetting the various terrorist organizations connected with global jihad.' Mairone previously specialized in international taxation and business planning.[1]

Mairone immigrated from the US to Israel in 1971, serving as a paratrooper in the IDF and fighting in the Yom Kippur War and in Lebanon.[2]

Mairone was educated at Chicago Kent College of Law, New York University Graduate School of Law; and Illinois Institute of Technology before being admitted to legal practice in Illinois and Florida.[1]
