Gary Aronsson is a member of the BNP and was a North West candidate for the party in the 2009 European Elections.[1] A profile of Gary Aronsson was featured in an article by The Observer in which it was claimed:

Garry Aronsson, Griffin's running mate for the European parliament in the North West, posts an avatar on his personal web page featuring a Nazi SS death's head alongside the statement, "Speak English Or Die!"[2]

In November 2007 Aronsson was elected to the Solidarity Executive for a period of five years.[3] Solidarity has close links to far right organisations such as the BNP and Civil Liberty.
