Gareth Thomas has been the Labour MP for Harrow West since 1997. He served as: Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department for International Development) 2003-07, Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform) (Trade and Consumer Affairs) 2007-08, Minister of State (Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform) (Trade, Investment and Consumer Affairs) 2008-09, and Parliamentary Under-Secretary(Department for International Development) (Trade Policy) 2007-08, Minister of State (Department for International Development) 2008-10.[1]
