Francisco Balsmão
Francisco Balsemão was appointed to the Board of The Daily Mail and General Trust in 2002. He is chairman and chief executive of IMPRESA, S.G.P.S, chairman of the European Publishers Council and a former prime minister of Portugal.[1]
