Francis Hare also known as the Earl of Listowel is an expeted heridetary in the House of Lords. The Earl of Listowel is a title in the Peerage of Ireland that was created in 1822 for William Hare. [1]

He became a member of the Lords in October 1998 when he succeeded his fathers title.

Hare was educated at Westminster School and Queen Mary and Westfield College, London, where he graduated with a BA degree in English literature in 1992.
