Fiona Woolf is the Lord Mayor of the City of London and a partner at law firm CMS Cameron McKenna.

Biography

Woolf 'has advised over 28 governments and the World Bank on privatisation and energy reforms. She has over 20 years experience in dealing with regulation, market design, implementation and major projects in the electricity and water industries – culmination in a CBE for her contribution to the UK knowledge economy and invisible earnings. At CMS Cameron McKenna, Fiona has built an innovative energy and major projects practice in energy reforms and infrastructure projects that combines law, engineering and economics successfully building on the gaps and overlaps. Over the last 20 years Fiona has worked around the globe in India, Australia, Asia, USA, Canada, the Middle East, Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and Scandinavia, whilst establishing a unique reputation in the City of London for her creativity in this specialised and highly interactive field. ... Woolf is an Alderman (for the Ward of Candlewick) and was Sheriff in the City of London in 2010/11... She is a Member of the Competition Commission, a consultant to the World Bank, a non-executive director of Veolia Water Central Limited, a trustee of Raleigh International and chairman of the Chelsea Opera Group.'[1]
