Easynet was founded by David Rowe and LM network associate Keith Teare in 1994, who also helped found Cyberia shortly afterwards. When floated in 1996, it was reported that “Rowe has already made some [pounds sterling]3.9m, and Teare [pounds sterling]2.2m” [1] The company provides managed network and hosting solutions. It was owned by BSkyB between 2006 and 2010 and is currently owned by the private equity company, LDC, David Rowe and the management team. LM associate Phil Mullan is Marketing Director UK.
