Detica Ltd is wholly owned by BAE Systems (Holdings) limited which is part of BAE Systems plc.[2]

Expenses leak investigation

The House of Commons paid £15,640 to Detica on 24 March 2010 for its work on an investigation into the leak of MPs expenses data by an un-named mole via former SAS officer John Wick. John Bercow closed down the investigation after succeeding Michael Martin as Speaker of the House, deciding it was not in the public interest.[3]
