Denzil Davidson

Denzil Davidson was a researcher to the first secretary of state for foreign and commonwealth affairs William Hague.[1] He now holds the same role for the new Foreign secretary, Philip Hammond. [2]

Background

From 2001, Davidson has worked for the Conservative Research Department where he was head of the International Section. He has also been special adviser to Hague on EU issues since December 2005. Davidson is a member of the Franco-British Council.[3]

Education

He was educated at Edinburgh University, where he read History (MA Hons) and Law (LLB). [4]
