David H. Koch is a U.S. industrialist and political donor connected to the Koch Industries business empire. He is the brother of Charles G. Koch whose father was Fred C. Koch.

David Koch argues that 'My overall concept is to minimize the role of government and to maximize the role of private economy and to maximize personal freedoms'.[1]
