Charles Good was a Non-executive Director of Incepta. Prior to its acquisition, Charles Good was a non-executive director of Citigate since 1988. Now Managing Director of Dexia Private Banking and Chairman of Ely Fund Managers (Holdings) Limited, Charles was appointed to the Incepta board in March 1997. He is also non-executive chairman of Auto Indemnity Group plc and non-executive chairman of Blooms of Bressingham Holdings plc. He is a qualified chartered accountant.
