Antonio Teixeira has been Deputy Executive Chairman of the Company since July 2006, before which he was its Chief Executive Officer from May 2001. Tony Teixeira is a self-made entrepreneur and has been involved in trading, logistics, transport and diamond exploration activities throughout Africa for over 25 years.[1]

Angola sanctions-busting

Mr Hain said that the three men, Jacques "Kiki" Lemaire, Tony Teixeira and Victor Bout were involved in flying in fuel and arms to Unita airstrips - despite international attempts to bring the 25-year conflict to an end.
"If UN sanctions are to mean anything, they must bite," said Mr Hain. "Britain is determined that they do so." [2]
