Paul Fournier joined EUROCHAMBRES' International Affairs Department on 5 December 2006, where he became responsible for EU horizontal trade policy issues as well as for customs policy and European Chambers Abroad. At the time he had just completed an internship at the European Commission's DG Trade.[1]
