- Mark Bullough is Aegis’ Managing Director and is primarily responsible for driving the growth and development of the business. A former British Army officer, he has 20 years experience with Flemings managing start up and high growth merchant and investment banking and other businesses in the Middle East, the Subcontinent, the Soviet Union and South East Asia. He co–founded Aegis in 2002.[1]
