Brian G Wallace was appointed to the Scottish & Newcastle board in 2006, he also enjoys the position of Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at Hays plc. Shortly before joining S&N Wallace was deputy group chief executive (2000 - 2006) and Group Finance Director (1995 -2006), Hilton Group plc. Other companies he has worked for include Geest plc where he was group finance director and APV where he was group controller. [1]
