Andrew Phillips is a life peer and Liberal Democrats member of the House of Lords. He became a member in 1998 and was given the title Lord Phillips of Sudbury. [1]

Background

Phillips is a solicitor and in 1970 he founded commercial law firm Bates Wells Braithwaite. [2]
