Alison Saunders
Alison Saunders is due to become head of the Crown Prosecution Service as Director of Public Prosecutions from October 2013.[1]
Her appointment was criticised by the Hillsborough Family Support Group because in 1996, she advised against a fresh inquest into the death of Kevin Williams in the 1989 Hillsborough disaster.[2]
