Deputy Director-General of the Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA), part of the OECD.
From 1999 to 2004, Marcus was the Principal Deputy Director of the Office of Nuclear Energy, Science and Technology at the US Department of Energy. Ex-President of the American Nuclear Society from 2001-2002.[1]
