Echávarri represents the OECD/NEA on the Governing Board of the International Energy Agency. A member of the International Atomic Energy Agency's International Nuclear Safety Advisory Group.[1]
Market Not Yet Ready for Nuclear
Echávarri told the European Nuclear Assembly conference in March 2006, that the market is "not yet ready for new nuclear" investments in Europe. He said that unless political risks and regulatory uncertainties are lifted, things would not change.[2]
