A new 'virtual' think tank set up Scottish Labour Leader Wendy Alexander. Ideas Scotland is to be run by Oxford academic Gregg Mclymont and intends to help devise policy for Labour. Its initital remit is to look at local government, widening public democracy, and improving public services.
