Codex Alimentarius

Established in 1963 by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO. The Codex Alimentarius Commission, is a body run by the World Health Organisation and the Rome-based Food and Agriculture Organisation to determine the quality and safety of food.
