This stuff is just whipped from the USC site - there's a bit of a warning on that, although no doubt their wiki is useful. One thing to expand would be the bit on NATO Security Through Science, which if i remember correctly, has connections to David Abshire's Center for the Study of the Presidency (the base of his present propaganda work) which also runs transatlantic exchanges connected to RUSI etc.
