Seems to be a different person from Lou Palumbo (NYPD).
Lois F. Palumbo is a director of the Incident Management Group. His address is registered as North Palm Beach, Florida.[1]
CIA career
- Palumbo served 22 years in the Central Intelligence Agency specializing in the protection of overseas CIA personnel. He originated much of the defensive methodology currently employed throughout government and industry while undertaking security assignments in 34 countries. He also acquired broad experience in the conduct of sensitive investigations which he would later put to extensive use for the private sector.[2]
