Phil Taylor (Special Adviser)
Hain's Special Adviser
In 2008, The Times reports?[1] that Taylor acted as 'special adviser' to Peter Hain. The report states that Taylor could be questioned by Scotland Yard in the investigation into Hain's deputy leadership campaign were Hain failed to register more than £100,000 in donations to the Electoral Commission.
