problems with footnotes and references
Unfortunately there is a serious problem with the references -- and will require a lot of work to fix. Links relationship between number in text and in the footnotes is obviously off. NB: the change in ff format from the old version to the new was done without error. It is simply the case that the orginal numbering didnt correspond. Furthermore, there is a problem with many dead links... it is not a case of simply looking up things. Then there is a problem of a new corporate domain name, and hence some of the ff have become obsolete -- even the text changed.
