That the Company and its subsidiary Ricardo UK Limited be authorised to make donations to EU political organisations and to incur EU political expenditure (as such terms are defined in section 347A of the Companies Act 1985) during the period expiring on 10 November 2009, unless such authority is previously renewed, varied or revoked by the Company in general meeting, provided that such donations and expenditure shall not exceed an aggregate of £25,000 (or its equivalent in any other currency) during any financial year of the Company.

So they've set up all these dirrerent Ricardo companies who call total much more than 25k
