In the news
- In February 2018 the High Court dismissed a judicial review claim by Hargrave House Ltd and its managing director Chaim Reiner. The claim concerned the meaning of 'repair' in an Islington Council planning enforcement notice about render applied without permission to a house in a conservation area, following a District Judge's ruling in March 2017.[10]
- In Kiwak v Reiner (November 2017) the High Court rejected a claim that Chaim Reiner and CHMR Developments Limited had entered into a partnership with the claimant over the purchase of the Nags Head public house, Holloway Road; the claimant was held entitled only to the return of money advanced.[11]
