Ronelle Arbib (Companies House date of birth May 1992) is a British company director and charity trustee. She is Chief Revenue & Operations Officer at Recognise Bank and a director and trustee of Beit Halochem UK (company 07967938; charity 1146950). Public accounts of her career begin with five years in the Israeli Air Force, including operational roles involving search and rescue helicopters. She is also a member of the PTA at Etz Chaim Jewish Primary School.[1][2][3]

Early life and military service

Arbib holds a BA from the Open University of Israel. She has described beginning her career in the military, specifically the Air Force, where she led operations for search and rescue helicopters (Black Hawks). Sources linked to her current employer state that she spent five years in operational roles within the Air Force, managing large teams, projects and operations. A 2024 podcast appearance (Black Hawks to Banking) discusses the transition from that service into civilian roles; the opening of the interview addresses IAF, Navy and Israeli Air Force Intelligence-related experience.[1][2][4]

Career

After military service she moved into real estate, helping to establish a real estate investment company and building the operational infrastructure that supported growth of more than £500 million in assets under management. She has also been involved in complex financing of over £500 million in debt across investment, real estate and financial services in the UK and overseas.[1][2]

She joined Recognise Bank in 2020 as head of customer experience while the bank was still working toward its licence. In 2022 she became chief operating officer (SMF24), responsible for operations, operational resilience, supplier management, product, change management, service delivery, technology and people. In September 2026 she was appointed Chief Revenue & Operations Officer, combining lending, savings, operations, product and marketing functions. She leads the bank’s partnership with Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF).[5][2]
