Andrew David Loftus (Companies House date of birth May 1957) is a British company director and charity trustee. He is one of three brothers who ran the Accurist watch business and sit on the Loftus Charitable Trust (charity no. 297664). He is the Kisharon / Langdon node of that family board.[1][2]

Family and Accurist
Accurist was founded in 1946 in Clerkenwell by Asher and Rebecca Loftus. The Sunday Times Rich List (2009) named brothers Anthony Louis Loftus, Andrew and Richard Ian Loftus as running Accurist plus Baker Street property; family wealth was then put at £45 million. Control of Accurist left the family in 2014 when Time Products (Sekonda) bought the brand. Andrew was a director of Accurist Limited (02848737) from 28 October 1993 until dissolution.[3][4][1]
The family grant vehicle is the Loftus Charitable Trust, registered 5 October 1987. Andrew is one of its three trustees. Contact email on the Commission card is andrew@loftusfp.com, 55 Blandford Street, Marylebone, W1U 7HW.[2][5]
The 2017 Loftus accounts recorded that Andrew and Richard were also trustees of South Hampstead Charitable Trust when Loftus made a £950,000 special grant to that charity. The Powerbase grant table also shows large Loftus gifts to Kisharon.[6][7]
Learning-disability charities
Andrew has been a director of KisharonLangdon (company 01259900; charity 271519) since 25 March 2014. Kisharon and Langdon merged in 2023. The Kisharon site lists him among trustees and names an “A Loftus Learning Centre” on the Wohl Campus / Kisharon Noé School. He is also a trustee of The Langdon Foundation (1142742; appointed 1 August 2023 on the Commission card) and of The Kisharon Charitable Trust (278369 and 1194007).[1][8][9][10]
Earlier company filings show a short spell as director of The London Carlbach Shul Trust (9 January 2003 – 30 November 2005) and of Jewish Continuity (12 December 1994 – 8 December 1999).[1]
