Leonard S. Coleman, Jr.

Leonard S. Coleman, Jr. is a director of Omnicom. He is Senior Advisor, Major League Baseball, a position he has held since November 1999. Previously, he was Chairman of Arena Co., a subsidiary of Yankees/Nets, until September 2002. Before that, he was President, National League, Major League Baseball. Mr. Coleman is a director of New Jersey Resources Corporation, Cendant Corporation, H.J. Heinz Corporation, Churchill Downs Inc., Aramark Corporation and Electronic Arts Inc. Mr. Coleman has informed us that he intends to retire as a director from of these corporations by December 31, 2004.
