Roger Payne

Roger, a chartered certified accountant (FCCA), became a non-executive director of LogicaCMG in September 2004 and was appointed chairman of the audit committee at the same time. In September 2005 he retired from his position as finance director of Rentokil Initial PLC, a UK listed FTSE 100 company with a turnover in excess of £2.4bn and operating in more than 40 countries. He had been with the company for 18 years and prior to that held senior financial and general management positions in other leading service sector companies.
