Leonid Nevzlin
Born in Leningrad, Nevzlin is a former head of the Russian Jewish Congress, a group founded by another exiled Russian billionaire, Vladimir Gusinsky.[1] He is said to be the right hand man of Mikhail Khodorkovsky.[2]
