Nick Joicey

Nick Joicey became the director general for strategy, international and biosecurity at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in January 2014. [1]
Prior to joining this department, he was director for international finance at the HM Treasury. [1]
He is married to Labour MP Rachel Reeves.
