Campaign to Protect Rural England
Activities
In November 2013 the Campaign to Protect Rural England called for an open debate on fracking in the UK. It put forth the view that fracking could be “less damaging” to views of the landscape than other forms of extraction.
Affiliations
- All-Party Parliamentary Housing and Planning Group - CPRE acts as the secretariat for this APPG, which 'provides a forum to assist and inform Members of both Houses about the implications of housing developments for both urban and rural areas by providing Members with access to information and opportunities for informed debate'.
